Well for one I am very Happy with Autel. I had some issues way back before my updates expired and was told it was fixed but you know the story it was not. I wrote to China support as well as Maurice with Autel US and between them all they reviewed my complaints and decided China Support that is to give me a free day to update. As you can imagine i was surprised so I sent them China support Cheryl Zhu an email saying what day would work for me that they gave me to choose from. I selected the 20 of Jan 2015 and low and behold my update was there.A day early for me but I caught it on the 19 anyways. I downloaded everything checked the GM program in question and the issues were repaired.I was worried about buying another year update as there was no way of checking this issue out.. A good day for me and more trust for Autel..Thanks Support both US and China
yes autle is coming forward, they need us as much as we need them. but remember always question everything it tends to keep everybody decent and respectfull.
